Q: When will penpal mail be shipped?
A: PenPal mail is shipped during the first week of each month!

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Stamped mail usually takes 7-10 business days within the US, but may take up to 20-30 days to other countries.

Q: Is there a tracking number provided?
A: No, in order to keep costs low for club members, mail is shipped through untracked stamp mail, the good ol' fashioned way!

Q: What if I don't get my order?
A: Don't worry about it! Just contact us and we'll work something out
*Please note that if you abuse the honor system, we'll have to permanently blacklist you (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )
